Discuss the scope first

What should your proposal cover?

The starting point is your community: the records you maintain, the work your board wants to organize, and the help you need getting started.

  • Software scope and the workflows you want to prioritize
  • Existing records and data migration requirements
  • User roles, configuration, and board training
  • Support arrangements and any consulting services
  • Costs, terms, and the agreed rollout schedule

Use the proposal to compare scope and cost together before your board makes a decision.

Getting started

Bring your current records. Plan the next step.

Onboarding services include data migration, configuration, and live training for your board and property managers.

  1. Review what you use today

Discuss your spreadsheets, documents, asset records, and current workflows. Identify the information to bring across and the tasks to organize first.

  2. Plan migration and access

Agree on the data migration scope, user roles, and configuration. Discuss training needs and the sequence for introducing workflows.

  3. Train the people who will use it

Walk through the relevant workflows with your board and property managers. Discuss ongoing support and questions as part of your onboarding plan.

A community example

Greenbriar began with reserve planning

The 160-unit cooperative started with assets and reserve studies in October 2024, added day-to-day operations in 2025, and brought governance and coordination into the platform in 2026.

Its rollout shows how a community can build on its existing work over time.

Before your board approves a proposal

How much will it cost?

Request a proposal tailored to your community. We’ll discuss software, setup, and any consulting scope so your board can review the costs and terms together.

How long does onboarding take?

The schedule depends on the records, configuration, training, and rollout scope agreed for your community. Bring any deadlines to the first conversation so they can be considered in the plan.

Can you help with migration and training?

Yes. Onboarding services include data migration from spreadsheets or legacy systems, role configuration, and live training. Your proposal should identify the work included for your community.

What should we ask about data and support?

Bring your requirements for data export, backups, access controls, support, and existing systems to the demo. Review these arrangements before agreeing to the scope.
